Abstract: The rapid growth of pharmaceutical distribution networks and the increasing need for strict regulatory oversight have created the demand for intelligent systems capable of monitoring controlled and sensitive medicines efficiently. Nexora is a centralized cloud- based platform designed to manage, monitor, and regulate pharmaceutical distribution activities among wholesalers, retailers, Drug Inspectors, and higher regulatory authorities through a secure architecture. The platform enables Drug Inspectors to manage licenses, verify registrations, monitor medicine transactions, and generate compliance reports, while wholesalers can maintain inventory, distribute medicines, generate invoices, and process returns, and retailers can purchase medicines, manage stock records, approve deliveries, and initiate return requests, with all transactions securely stored through centralized databases and audit logs for traceability. To strengthen regulatory monitoring, the system integrates an AI-powered Fraud and Suspicious Transaction Detection System that analyzes purchasing behaviour, inventory movement, return patterns, and stock distribution to detect abnormal activities such as unusual bulk purchases, unauthorized stock movement, fraud attempts, and misuse of controlled medicines. Additionally, an AI-powered Regulatory Assistant Chatbot enables regulatory authorities to retrieve compliance reports, access transaction histories, verify licenses, and obtain real-time database insights through natural language queries. By combining centralized monitoring dashboards, automated compliance tracking, role-based access control, AI-driven anomaly detection, secure data storage, and intelligent regulatory assistance, Nexora improves transparency, strengthens regulatory enforcement, reduces illegal medicine circulation, minimizes manual dependency, and enhances public health safety through proactive monitoring and data-driven decision- making.
