Abstract: The invention describes a web based, hardware independent system for a real-time screening, monitoring and rehabilitation of binocular vision disorders, specifically strabismus and amblyopia. It is operable on a standard consumer device without specialized ophthalmic equipment. The system comprises a physiological quality gating module that enforces a minimum of 40 cm of distance between user and the camera, and validates head orientation prior to analysis. Facial and iris landmark coordinates are extracted in real-time using a 468-point three dimensional facial mesh pipeline. A gaze deviation metric Vf is computed per frame against a calibrated baseline V0 using geometric analysis and Exponential Moving Average (EMA) smoothing, with each frame independently classified as Normal, Borderline or Suspected, over a minimum of 100 frames. The system further integrates a gamified dichoptic rehabilitation module employing red/cyan anaglyph separation for anti- suppression and saccadic therapy exercises. Automated diagnostic reports and longitudinal session logs are generated without the requirement of clinical specialist involvement.
