Abstract: In response to the increasing need for continuous and reliable mental-health care, particularly for schizophrenia treatment, this project introduces NeuroSync, an AI- powered Schizophrenia Treatment Adherence and Relapse Prevention System. NeuroSync is designed as a structured, caregiver-driven digital platform that ensures consistent treatment monitoring, early relapse detection, and timely medical intervention. The system operates through a centralized clinical framework involving verified caregivers and licensed psychiatrists, all governed by an administrative authority. Caregivers record daily medication adherence, sleep patterns, routine stability, and observed behavioral changes. Artificial Intelligence analyzes this real-world data to identify early warning signs of relapse and generates alerts for medical review. Psychiatrists access summarized dashboards containing adherence metrics, behavioral trends, and AI-generated risk scores, enabling proactive treatment adjustments before symptom escalation. NeuroSync eliminates the need for direct patient interaction, ensuring safety, data accuracy, and ethical use in mental-health care. By bridging the gap between caregivers and doctors through intelligent monitoring and centralized oversight, NeuroSync enhances transparency, efficiency, and long-term stability in schizophrenia management.
