Abstract: This invention introduces an AI-based continuous behavioral authentication framework that improves traditional login-based security. It continuously verifies users by analyzing behavioral biometrics such as keystroke dynamics, mouse movements, scrolling, touchscreen interactions, and application usage. The system preprocesses the collected data by removing noise, normalizing it, and extracting important features. An LSTM based deep learning model continuously learns user behavior and compares real-time patterns with the user's stored NeuroPrint. The adaptive learning mechanism allows the system to adjust to natural changes in user behavior over time. When suspicious activity is detected, the system can perform security actions such as secondary authentication, session locking, or session termination. Overall, the framework provides effective continuous authentication, enhanced security, and a smooth user experience.
