MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611099423 A) filed by Noida International University on August 17, 2026, for Neuromarketing-Driven Human Resource Rebranding Architecture For Ai Readiness And Future Skills Development.

Inventors include Dr. Maitri; and Dr. Kalpana Rawat.

The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: The invention is about the AI-powered neuromarketing-based Human Resource (HR) rebranding system and approach(es) that help improve employee competencies and organizational effectiveness using behavioral analytics and decision support driven by data. The invention includes an Employee Data Acquisition Module designed for collecting both structured and unstructured data about employees from different sources within organizations, such as surveys on employee engagement, performance data, recruitment data, learning management systems, attendance data, employees' feedback, and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). The collected data are analyzed via a Neuromarketing Analytics Engine using Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), sentiment analysis, and predictive analytics to detect employees' cognitive, emotional, motivational, and behavioral features. These behavioral insights are employed in an HR Rebranding Engine to help in improving employer branding, employee value proposition, organizational culture, leadership communications, and employee engagement initiatives. The HR Policy Recommendation Engine is used to make customized recommendations regarding hiring, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, compensation, career development, well-being of employees, and talent retention. Further, there is an Employee Capability Assessment Module to assess the capabilities of the employees such as their competency level, readiness for AI, leadership potential, innovation capability, adaptability, and productivity. There is an Organizational Performance Dashboard that monitors key performance indicators like employee engagement, retention, productivity, recruitment efficiency, effectiveness of training programs, employer branding, customer satisfaction, and organizational performance. There is a process of feedback that continuously updates the analytical models using the workforce data. The present invention has created a closed-loop HR transformation model that uses the principles of neuromarketing along with AI-powered analytics for evidence-based human resource management and optimization.
