Abstract: ABSTRACT I The current invention, named "NeuroCureAI: AI-Powered Web Platform for Alzheimer's Drug Discovery," is about a web application that is specially designed to make early drug discovery for Alzheimer's disease faster. NeuroCureAI enables a user to provide compound identifiers and a molecular structure (SMILES). By using machine learning models, it in fact makes the most likely prediction of bioactivity values (piCsa) against Alzheimer's-related targets. In contrast to standard drug discovery pipelines and platforms, which are general, separate, or difficult to use, NeuroCureAI provides a web-based, no-code platform that is focused on Alzheimer's. It is one interface that includes molecular descriptor extraction, AI predictions, visualization, and result export. The platform is a great resource for wet- lab researchers to perform fast in silico screening without the need for programming skills or advanced computing resources.
