Abstract: ABSTRACT Disclosed herein is a neuro-adaptive brain-computer interface system (100) for intelligent personalized medication recommendation that comprises a Brain-Computer Interface Unit (102), Patient Information Interface (104), Medication Information Interface (106), Communication Unit (108), Memory Unit (110), and Processing Unit (112). Neural data acquired from a patient is processed with patient-specific clinical, contextual, and medication-related information to determine neural-state characteristics and temporal changes. The Processing Unit (112) generates a personalized neural-response profile, evaluates potential responses to candidate medications, applies safety constraints, ranks candidate medications, and assesses recommendation confidence and stability. The system communicates recommendations and explanatory information to an authorized healthcare professional for review. Observed and validated treatment outcomes may be used to update patient-specific response information and refine subsequent medication evaluations, thereby supporting individualized medication-related decision-making.
