Abstract: The present invention discloses a Neuro-Avionic Electronic Control Unit (100) for real-time pilot fatigue prediction and mitigation using hardware-embedded intelligence. The system comprises sensors (101) for capturing pilot control inputs, a signal interface module (102) for digitization, and a pre-processing circuit (103) for extracting spectral and temporal features. A hardware-embedded neural processing unit (104), implemented on an FPGA or ASIC platform (109), computes fatigue levels using a fatigue index computation module (106). A latency measurement module (105) and a reaction time analyzer (110) evaluate pilot responsiveness. A Fast Fourier Transform module (108) isolates tremor frequencies, while high-resolution motion sensors (113) enhance precision. A recurrent neural network architecture (114) enables time-series analysis. An output logic controller (107) activates safety mechanisms, including a haptic feedback driver (111) and an automatic flight control system interface (112). The method includes steps (201)-(207) for real-time detection and response.
