MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541026206 A) filed by Nokia Technologies Oy on March 21, 2025, for Network Node, User Equipment And Method For Physical Downlink Control Channel (pdcch) Hashing.

Inventors include John Harris; Vinayak Bellur; Tanumay Manna; and Biswapratapsingh Sahoo.

The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.

Abstract: NETWORK NODE, USER EQUIPMENT AND METHOD FOR PHYSICAL DOWNLINK CONTROL CHANNEL (PDCCH) HASHING Embodiments herein disclose network node (120), user equipment (110) and method for Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH). The method comprises receiving (202C) Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) configuration for UE (110) that receive Downlink Control Information (DCI) of different Aggregation Levels (ALs) during PDCCH transmission. PDCCH configuration comprises AL BD allocation and hashing parameters conveying minimum number of different Control Channel Elements (CCEs) to be monitored by UE (110) in group to prioritize allocation of AL BD and hashing parameters to UE. PDCCH configuration comprises group level seed values for group of UE. The method further comprises determining (204C) Blind Decode (BD) position for UE (110) and generating (206C) UE-specific CCE index selected from list of CCE indices. Monitoring of the PDCCH transmission by UE (110) is adjusted based on AL BD allocation and hashing parameters. The method further comprises receiving (208C) PDCCH transmission corresponding to UE-specific CCE index. FIG. 4
