MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541026204 A) filed by Nokia Technologies Oy on March 21, 2025, for Network Node, User Equipment And Method For Physical Downlink Control Channel (pdcch) Hashing.

Inventors include John Harris; Vinayak Bellur; Tanumay Manna; and Biswapratapsingh Sahoo.

The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.

Abstract: NETWORK NODE, USER EQUIPMENT AND METHOD FOR PHYSICAL DOWNLINK CONTROL CHANNEL (PDCCH) HASHING Embodiments herein disclose a network node (120), user equipment (110) and method for Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH). The method comprises receiving (202B) PDCCH configuration. UE (110) belongs to cluster comprising multiple UEs. Grouping of UEs into cluster is based on traffic timing correlation associated with PDCCH transmission for the cluster of UEs. PDCCH configuration comprises traffic-profile-based clustering parameters and group level seed values for the cluster of UEs. Blind Decode (BD) position for the UE (110) is determined from the PDCCH configuration within allocated search space and UE-specific CCE index is generated based on determined BD position. UE-specific CCE index is selected from list of CCE indices within the allocated search space at PDCCH monitoring occasion for receiving the PDCCH transmission. Monitoring of the PDCCH transmission by the UE is adjusted based on the traffic timing correlation and PDCCH transmission is received corresponding to the UE-specific CCE index. FIG. 4
