Abstract: A transfer device (10) calculates a synchronization time on the basis of a communication frame for time synchronization. The transfer device (10) calculates a time update amount, which is the difference between the synchronization time and an internal time that is managed by the device. The transfer device (10) transmits, to a network management device (20), network information (51) which indicates the time update amount. The network management device (20) uses the time update amount indicated by the network information (51) to calculate a transfer schedule (52) that defines, for each communication frame priority, a period in which the transfer device (10) performs data transfer. The network management device (20) distributes the transfer schedule (52) to the transfer device (10).
