Abstract: Disclosed is a medication dispensing and adherence monitoring system comprising medicine compartments, one or more servo motors, and a controller having memory that stores medication schedule records specifying a medicine name, dosage amount, dispensing time, and compartment allocation. A notification interface, confirmation button, and wireless communication interface are coupled to the controller. At the stored dispensing time, the controller operates the notification interface and drives a servo motor associated with the allocated compartment to dispense the dosage amount. The controller then monitors the confirmation button for a predetermined duration. Actuation within the duration causes a taken status to be recorded, whereas expiration without actuation causes a missed status to be recorded. The recorded adherence status is transmitted through the wireless communication interface for remote monitoring. Dated September 7, 2026 / Kumar Tushar Srivastava IN/PA-3973 Agent for the Applicant
