Abstract: A neck support device, comprising a C-shaped extendable body 101 developed to be accommodated around neck portion of a user, a microphone 102 for enabling user to give voice commands for securing body 101 with user’s neck, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 103 for detecting dimensions of user’s neck, a T-shaped extendable unit 104 configured with inner periphery of body 101 via a motorized slider 105 to translate and position unit at a suitable location, plurality of electromagnetic springs 106 equipped with a cuboidal block 107 for in contact with location of user’s neck, plurality of infrared sensors arranged on body 101 detects exact location of strain in user’s neck, a vibrating unit configured with block 107 for generating vibrational sensations in view of reducing strain to provide comfort to user, plurality of moisture sensors positioned on body 101 for detecting presence of sweat on user’s neck.
