The device (100) further includes a plurality of wires (180), including a first wire (183) coupled between the handle (110) and the first sleeve (155), and a plurality of second wires (185) coupled between the actuation assembly (120) and the second sleeve (170). Axial movement of the actuation assembly (120) compresses the first tube (150) via a braided tube (125) to articulate it, while rotation of a knob (130) tensions the second wires (185) to articulate the second tube (160), independently or simultaneously.
