The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.

Abstract: A compound of Formula (I) includes an N-functionalized cationic tin(IV)-N-confused porphyrin macrocyclic core wherein one pyrrole ring is inverted such that its nitrogen atom is oriented externally toward the periphery of the macrocycle. A tin(IV) center is coordinated within the macrocyclic cavity and bears two axial chloride ligands. Four meso-positions are substituted with Ar1 groups selected from phenyl, substituted phenyl, naphthyl, substituted naphthyl, and C1-C12 alkyl. A triarylphosphonium moiety is attached at the externally oriented nitrogen of the inverted pyrrole ring through an aliphatic chain linker having a formula -(CH2)n- where n is an integer from 0 to 12. A counterion X is associated with the triarylphosphonium moiety. The triarylphosphonium moiety includes a positively charged phosphorus center bearing three Ar2 substituents selected from phenyl, 4-fluorophenyl, 4-methylphenyl, 4-methoxyphenyl, and C1-C6 alkyl.
