The apparatus comprises an elongated ergonomic handle, a refillable liquid storage unit, and a controlled dispensing system configured to deliver cleaning solution to a floor surface. A dual-mode cleaning head is provided, incorporating a brushing interface for removing loose debris and a selectively deployable scraping interface for dislodging hardened or adherent contaminants. Independent user-actuated control mechanisms enable selective, simultaneous, or sequential operation of the dispensing and scraping functions. The integrated configuration eliminates the need for multiple cleaning tools, thereby reducing operational time and effort while improving cleaning efficiency.
