Abstract: ABSTRACT MULTIPLE LONG LEAF DISEASE DETECTION AND CLASSIFICATION USING DEEP LEARNING TECHNIQUES. The main design of the present invention discloses a Multiple Long Leaf Disease Detection and Classification System Using Deep Learning Techniques, comprising an image acquisition module, image quality assessment module, leaf pre-processing module, disease region detection module, GNN-based disease analysis module, disease classification module, disease severity assessment module, treatment recommendation module and display and data storage module. The system automatically detects and classifies multiple diseases affecting long-leaf crops by analyzing captured leaf images through deep learning techniques, thereby assisting farmers and agricultural experts in early disease identification, severity evaluation, and appropriate treatment selection. The system evaluates image quality, enhances the leaf image, identifies multiple diseased regions and represents the detected regions as interconnected graph nodes and edges. Suitable treatment recommendations are provided based on the identified disease and severity, while diagnostic information is displayed and stored for future reference.
