Abstract: The present invention discloses a novel multimodal insecticidal drone suitable spray formulation for the effective management of lepidopteran pests and a green process of its preparation thereof. In an embodiment of the present invention discloses a multimodal insecticidal composition in, comprising: at least one anthranilic diamide Compound with bioactivity as a calcium channel modulator, present in a dispersed form in a concentration range of 5-25% (w/w); at least one avermectin compound, with bioactivity as a GABA and H-glutamate receptor modulator, present in a dispersed form in a concentration range of 1-15% (w/w); a plant-based oil as the liquid medium; at least one thixotropic, in a concentration sufficient to achieve the desired rheological properties for drone-based application; at least one emulsifier or dispersant, wherein the composition achieves stable dispersion with dispersed particle sizes in the micro Co nano range, without requiring energy-consuming processing. In another embodiment of the present invention discloses a method of preparing the multimodal Insecticidal composition in the form of a sprayable oil dispersion, suitable for aerial application via drones.
