MUMBAI, India, Oct. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641114972 A) filed by Prof Chilumuri Srinivasa Rao on September 25, 2026, for Multilingual Human-Reviewed System For Gst-Compliant Voucher Generation.

Inventor includes Prof Chilumuri Srinivasa Rao.

The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.

Abstract: MULTILINGUAL HUMAN-REVIEWED SYSTEM FOR GST-COMPLIANT VOUCHER GENERATION A system and method convert invoices, bank statements and spoken or typed instructions in Indian languages into draft GST-compliant double-entry vouchers. Extraction combines Indic optical recognition with a constrained generative proposal. A deterministic rule engine, not the language model, computes tax and rejects unbalanced entries. Low-confidence or rule-failing drafts are held for a human reviewer. Approvals and corrections are written to an append-only hash-chained ledger. Approved vouchers are posted through interchangeable adapters to an existing accounting package. The architecture is intended for MSMEs, professional practices and institutional accounts offices and is independent of any single vendor’s desktop product. Figure 1 is the representative figure.
