Abstract: The present disclosure provides a multilayered tactile-enhanced holographic glitter effect printing process and product for labels and pouches, which comprises a printing assembly (10) integrating an unwinder (1), web guide (2), corona treater (3), web cleaning system (4), priming unit (5), foiling module (6), overprinting station (7), rotary screen printing unit (8), color printing unit (9), and rewinder (12), configured to perform cold foil transfer of holographic foil, application of colored inks over the holographic foil, and deposition of UV-curable tactile varnish in a single inline pass, thereby producing packaging material with synchronized visual brilliance from a dotted holographic pattern and tactile sensation from precisely aligned raised textures to enhance consumer engagement.
