Abstract: The present invention discloses a multifunctional cleaning robot comprising a mobile chassis, a plurality of ultrasonic sensors, a motor driver, DC motors, a mopping mechanism, a fragrance dispensing module, a wireless communication module, and a microcontroller. The microcontroller navigates the chassis autonomously using an H-type coverage path planning strategy, selected through comparative evaluation of multiple path planning algorithms, and enables manual control via the wireless communication module. The ultrasonic sensors provide obstacle avoidance and edge/fall prevention. The mopping mechanism dispenses fluid and wipes surfaces, while the fragrance dispensing module operates concurrently to enhance air quality. The robot is operable on floor-level and elevated surfaces including tables and countertops. Figure 1 is the representative figure.
