Abstract: ABSTRACT MULTIDIMENSIONAL LEARNER ENGAGEMENT INDEX SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MEASURING OWNERSHIP-DRIVEN ENGAGEMENT IN ONLINE LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS The present invention provides a Multidimensional Learner Engagement Index (LEI) System (100) and method for quantitatively measuring, diagnosing, and enhancing learner engagement ownership in facilitator-led online and hybrid corporate training environments. The system (100) comprises a data acquisition module (110) with triangulated assessment interfaces for learners (112), facilitators (114), and observers (116), a multidimensional engagement computation engine (120) configured to process engagement data across six defined factors including Quality of Questions, Quality of Output during Activities, Connection to Practical Examples, Team Dynamics, Intrinsic Motivation, and Supportive Environment through sixteen behavioural indicators, a Learner Learning Engagement Ownership scoring module (130) generating composite ownership indices, a diagnostic analytics module (140), an intervention recommendation engine (150), and a reporting visualization interface (160).
