Abstract: A multi-utility bicycle locking and carriage device, comprising a curved-shaped body 101 engaged with down tube and seat tube of bicycle, a motorized clamping unit 102 attached with the body 101 to secure the body 101 with the bicycle, an air compressor mounted on the body 101 to inflate and inflatable member 103 fabricated over the body 101 for providing a comfortable holding for the user, a telescopic rod 104 configured on lateral sides of the body 101 to extend towards each other, an electromagnetic locking unit 105 arranged on the rod 104 for locking the rim, a pair of inverted L-shaped telescopic links 106 arranged on the body 101 to extend for positioning a tri star wheel attached the link 106 for allowing the bicycle to be lifted and a microphone 107 embedded on the body 101 provides voice commands for aiding in carrying the bicycle over staircase.
