The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.

Abstract: The invention relates to an intelligent, sensor-integrated office chair configured to perform real-time employee authentication, workstation security control, automated power management, and productivity analytics. The chair incorporates multiple embedded sensors for detecting seat occupancy, posture, thermal presence, and user movement, while an artificial intelligence engine performs multi-sensor fusion to generate a unique seating biometric signature for secure employee authentication. The system automatically enables workstation access and power, whereas user absence initiates session locking, power management, and energy-saving operations upon successful authentication. The invention further monitors posture, active sitting duration, micro-movements, and ergonomic fatigue to generate real-time productivity insights. The processed data is securely transmitted to a centralized enterprise server for attendance management, security alerts, administrative reporting, and analytics. The integrated system enhances workplace security, prevents unauthorized access, improves energy efficiency, automates attendance, and supports intelligent workforce productivity management.
