MUMBAI, India, July 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641079772 A) filed by Sona College Of Technology on June 29, 2026, for Multi-Parameter Student Learning State Detection And Adaptive Content Delivery Platform.

Inventors include Shanmugaraja P; and Deepa Priyan M.

The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a multi-parameter student learning state detection and adaptive content delivery platform configured to provide real-time personalized educational experiences. The platform comprises a data acquisition module for collecting learner-related information including academic performance metrics, response time, engagement indicators, interaction behavior, learning pace, and optional sensor-derived data. A data processing and normalization unit converts the collected information into structured feature vectors, which are integrated by a multi-parameter fusion engine to generate a unified learner profile. A cognitive state estimation engine employing artificial intelligence algorithms predicts learner states including focused, confused, disengaged, fatigued, or mastery-achieved conditions. Based on the predicted state, an adaptive content delivery engine dynamically modifies instructional content, difficulty level, content format, reinforcement strategy, and learning pathways. A closed-loop feedback mechanism continuously updates adaptation parameters and predictive models. The invention enables autonomous, scalable, and intelligent personalization, thereby improving learner engagement, comprehension, retention, and overall educational effectiveness.
