Abstract: A portable multi-parameter oral submucous fibrosis assessment and disease staging system (100) is disclosed. The system (100) comprises a primary assessment body (1), an inter-incisal mouth-opening measurement assembly (2), a tongue-protrusion assessment assembly having a tongue-protrusion scale (13), and a buccal-flexibility assessment assembly having a buccal-flexibility scale (19). A disease-severity grading module includes a severity-grading dial (25), a grading pointer (26), and severity- classification zones (28). A disease-staging display interface includes a staging display window (31), a disease-stage indicator (32), a severity integration module (33), a reference parameter chart (34), and a staging output display region (35). The system (100) correlates mouth-opening, tongue-protrusion, and buccal-flexibility measurements to provide a unified disease-stage indication. An image-calibration module (37) supports photographic comparison, while a carrying assembly (43) facilitates protected transport and clinical deployment thereof. Figure 1 is the reference.
