MUMBAI, India, Sept. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541022806 A) filed by Bharat Electronics Limited on March 13, 2025, for Multi-Octave Broadband Power Amplifier For Very High Frequency Bands And Ultra High Frequency Bands.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to multi-octave broadband power amplifiers for Very High Frequency and Ultra High Frequency bands. The multi-octave broadband power amplifier comprises a transistor configured to amplify a stabilized Radio Frequency signal to a predetermined power level. The multi-octave broadband power amplifier comprises an input matching circuit electrically connected to the transistor and configured to match an input impedance of an input RF signal to an input impedance of the transistor. The multi-octave broadband power amplifier comprises a stability circuit electrically connected to the input matching circuit and configured to maintain signal stability of the input RF signal received from the input matching circuit. The stabilized input RF signal is provided to the transistor. The multi-octave broadband power amplifier comprises an output matching circuit electrically connected to the transistor and configured to match an output impedance of the amplified RF signal to a load impedance of the transistor.
