Abstract: ABSTRACT MULTI-OBJECTIVE PROACTIVE VIRTUAL MACHINE MIGRATION OPTIMIZATION SYSTEM FOR CLOUD COMPUTING USING PREDICTIVE MACHINE LEARNING The present invention discloses a multi-objective proactive virtual machine migration optimization system (100) for cloud computing environments. The system (100) comprises a resource monitoring module (110) for continuous CPU utilization polling, an analysis engine (120) with a predictive machine learning model (130) that employs moving-average workload forecasting, a multi-objective scoring module (140) that computes a composite intelligent decision score using a weighted-sum model integrating SLA risk factor and current host load, a decision module (150) for threshold-based proactive migration triggering, and an execution module (160) for live VM migration. The system (100) is characterized by its proactive approach that detects potential overload conditions before they occur, simultaneously optimizing CPU load balancing, SLA compliance, and energy consumption. Experimental results demonstrate that the system reduces migrations from two to one and eliminates SLA violations entirely compared to reactive single-objective systems, while maintaining a statistically significant improvement in host load stability.
