Abstract: ABSTRACT MULTI-MODAL VEHICULAR SAFETY AND ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM WITH AUTONOMOUS HAZARD RESPONSE A method (100) for autonomous vehicular safety control and access management comprises acquiring (102) multi-modal sensor data from a camera module, an ultrasonic sensor, a fingerprint sensor, and a driver monitoring unit, and preprocessing (104) the sensor data and extracting features. The method comprises computing (106) parameters from the preprocessed sensor data, the parameters comprising an External Hazard Detection score (EHD), a Motion-Based Intent score (MBI), a Biometric Authentication Confidence (BAC), a Driver Behavioral State (DBS), and an Environmental Contextual Factor (ECF). The method comprises computing (108) a Unified Behavioral-Safety Score (UBSS) using weighted aggregation: UBSS = w1(EHD) + w2(MBI) + w3(BAC) + w4(DBS) + w5(ECF), wherein w1 through w5 are weighting coefficients whose sum equals 1.0, classifying (110) the UBSS into a risk level based on predefined threshold boundaries, and autonomously executing (112, 114) a control action corresponding to the classified risk level.
