MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611085890 A) filed by Lovely Professional University on July 14, 2026, for Multi-Modal Assessment Resilience System (mars) Using Representation Layer Transformations And Behavioural Evidence Processing.
Inventors include Dr. Lovi Raj Gupta; Kamlpreet Kaur; and Dama Sriram.
The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: The present invention discloses an assessment integrity system using representation-layer transformations and Behavioural Evidence Processing which is a processor- implemented system for improving integrity of digital assessment sessions. The system includes an assessment engine, a randomized key-based context camouflaging engine, a dynamic response representation engine, a behaviour acquisition layer, a behavioural evidence normalization engine, a MARS integrity computation engine, and an analytics module. The context camouflaging engine generates a transformed assessment instance using a randomized transformation key while preserving assessment semantics. The dynamic response representation engine generates a response representation associated with the transformed instance. Behavioural evidence generated during candidate interaction is normalized into behavioural evidence units linked with transformation and response identifiers. The integrity computation engine processes the behavioural evidence units to compute an assessment trust index, and the analytics module generates an integrity report. The system technically couples content transformation, response representation, behavioural evidence normalization, and integrity computation in a unified assessment pipeline.
