The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a multi-layer adaptive noise cancellation system and method for radar-based human detection under rubble. The invention comprises a radar probe configured to acquire reflected radar signals and a multi-layer signal processing module including a first processing layer for static clutter suppression using Moving Target Indication filtering, a second processing layer for dynamic signal enhancement through coherent integration of radar pulses, and a third processing layer for intelligent rubble noise subtraction. The third processing layer utilizes a non-transitory memory storing pre-collected rubble-specific noise profiles and a Dynamic Time Warping matching engine configured to identify and subtract a dominant environmental noise pattern from an enhanced radar signal. The resulting cleaned signal is analysed to extract physiological signatures and generate a confidence-based human detection output, thereby improving detection accuracy and reducing false positives in heterogeneous debris environments.
