Inventors include Anurag Varshney; and Shruti Varshney.

The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a multi-herbal phytochemical composition for supporting healthy ageing, cellular protection, mitochondrial function enhancement, cognitive health and reduction of nicotine-induced oxidative stress. The composition comprises a Cytisine-containing botanical extract, Pueraria lobata extract standardized to puerarin, Rhodiola rosea extract standardized to rosavins and salidroside, Astragalus membranaceus extract standardized to Astragaloside IV, Sea Buckthorn extract standardized to omega-7 fatty acids and flavonoids, Bacopa monnieri extract standardized to bacosides, a fucoidan-rich marine extract, Schisandra chinensis extract standardized to schisandrins, Nigella sativa extract standardized to thymoquinone, Green Tea extract standardized to epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) and L-theanine, purified Shilajit standardized to fulvic acid, Ashwagandha extract standardized to withanolides, Guduchi extract standardized to tinosporaside, Goji Berry extract standardized to polysaccharides and Date Fruit polyphenolic extract. The composition may further comprise pharmaceutically acceptable carriers, excipients, stabilizers and bioavailability enhancers. The synergistic combination of phytochemicals supports mitochondrial bioenergetics, antioxidant defense mechanisms, neuroprotection, cognitive performance, immune modulation and cellular resilience while assisting in mitigation of oxidative stress associated with ageing and nicotine exposure. The composition may be formulated as capsules, tablets, soft gels, powders, granules, oral liquids, sachets, functional beverages, liposomal formulations, nanoemulsions and other suitable dosage forms. The invention provides a comprehensive multi-target phytochemical approach for promoting healthy ageing, maintaining physiological function and supporting overall wellness.
