The system comprises a multi-layered modular casing (101) fabricated from impact-resistant, thermally insulating, and corrosion-resistant materials. It integrates thermal regulation features (102), vibration damping structures (103), and an adaptive airtight sealing mechanism (104) to protect against temperature fluctuations, shocks, moisture, and contaminants. The enclosure further incorporates embedded sensors (105) for monitoring temperature, humidity, voltage, and gas emissions, coupled with an IoT-enabled communication module for real-time data transmission and predictive maintenance. Advanced functionalities include AI-based fault prediction, emergency alert generation, and automatic safety responses. The design is universally compatible and retrofittable across automotive, renewable energy, industrial, and backup power applications.
