The assembly comprises a floor clamping unit (1), a base wheel assembly (2), an X-axis base frame (3), and a Y-axis base frame (4) mounted perpendicularly over the X-axis base frame (3) to enable multidirectional movement. A ladder mounting frame (5) is detachably interconnected with the base frames (4) to support a ladder structure. The assembly further includes a movable backrest support structure(6) for user support at various climbing positions, ladder footsteps (7), a pivot locking mechanism (8) for securing components in desired positions, a roller guide mechanism (9) for smooth sliding movement, and a modular sliding rail arrangement (10) for extending longitudinal travel.
