Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION MULTI-DIMENSIONAL ANALYSIS OF MOBILE APPLICATION USER REVIEWS USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE MODELS A method (900) for multi-dimensional analysis of mobile application user reviews using at least one artificial intelligence model comprises receiving a plurality of user reviews from at least one mobile application distribution platform, each user review being associated with metadata comprising a star rating, an app version identifier, a timestamp, and a device platform. The method comprises detecting a language of each user review using a language identification model and extracting a plurality of analytical dimensions comprising sentiment category, emotion category, user intent category, keyword phrases, topic labels, language identifier, and issue category. The method comprises determining at least one of sentiment label and sentiment intensity score for each user review, determining whether each user review represents a bug report or a feature request, executing an issue categorization step upon determining negative sentiment, computing a severity score, and storing a structured analysis record.
