Abstract: The present disclosure proposes a multi-biomarker analytical kit (100) configured for ex vivo biochemical profiling using migraine-associated biomarkers from blood and urine samples. The kit (100) comprises a blood sample analysis unit (102), a urine sample analysis unit (104), a biomarker detection assembly (106), a biomarker comparison module (116), a biomarker correlation module (118), and an output generation module (120). The biomarker detection assembly (106) comprises a proteomics analysis assembly (108), a comparative protein-expression analysis assembly (110), a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) assembly (112), and a metabolomic analysis assembly (114) configured for inflammatory protein-expression profiling and neurotransmitter-associated metabolite analysis. The biomarker comparison module (116) compares detected inflammatory protein-expression profiles and neurotransmitter-associated metabolite profiles with comparative biomarker reference profiles, while the biomarker correlation module (118) performs integrated proteomic-metabolomic comparative biomarker correlation analysis to generate a migraine-associated biochemical profile.
