Abstract: ABSTRACT “Multi-Axis Hand and Wrist Rehabilitation System with Motion Sensing, Cloud-Based Monitoring, and Predictive Recovery Analytics” The present invention discloses an intelligent, low-cost, and portable multi-axis hand and wrist rehabilitation system designed for comprehensive therapy and predictive recovery analytics of neurological or neuromuscular impairments such as stroke, nerve injuries, or spinal cord damage. The system structurally integrates a wearable pneumatic finger glove and a multi-servo-driven wrist support brace operating within a dedicated microcontroller framework. The device executes a dual-mode workflow comprising a Training Mode, which delivers active motorized three-axis joint physical therapy via a proportional-integral (PI) feedback loop, and a Testing Mode, which tracks voluntary patient recovery metrics through an optimized complementary sensor fusion algorithm. Real-time session data is wirelessly streamed to a cloud database at 100ms intervals. Predictive machine learning frameworks, including Linear, Polynomial, and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) network architectures, analyze longitudinal data profiles.
