Abstract: ABSTRACT MULTI-AGENT SYSTEM FOR ADAPTIVE PRESCRIPTION PLANNING A method for adaptive prescription planning comprises receiving, by an extraction agent (20), a prescription image, preprocessing the prescription image, performing optical character recognition to extract text, and extracting medication fields comprising a drug name, a dosage, a frequency, a duration, and a food constraint. The extracted medication fields are written to a shared data store (10). A scheduling agent (30) generates a dose schedule by mapping dose slots to meal anchor times and enforcing a minimum inter-dose gap between doses of a same medication, and writes the dose schedule to the shared data store (10). Dose events are collected from a client device (60). A planning agent (50) extracts behavioral features from the dose events, computes persona scores, classifies a patient persona profile, applies replanning rules to generate an updated dose schedule, and writes the updated dose schedule to the shared data store (10).
