Abstract: Present invention relates to a mounting structure (100) for mounting an offboard charging unit of a vehicle (118). The mounting structure (100) comprises a support bracket (102) disposed in the vehicle (118). The support bracket (102) is adapted to receive a handle portion (104) of the offboard charging unit. A locking unit (106) is removably mounted to the support bracket (102). The locking unit (106) in a locked position (108) is adapted to secure the handle (104) of the offboard charging unit on the support bracket (102).
