Abstract: A mounting positioning of low-pressure fuel filter (110) in a vehicle (100) is disclosed. The vehicle (100) includes a mounting bracket (108) for the low-pressure (LP) fuel filter (110). The vehicle (100) further includes a chassis (101) having one or more long members (104) extending along its length, with a cross member (106) disposed between them. The mounting bracket (108) is attached to the cross member (106) and supports the LP fuel filter (110). The LP fuel filter (110) includes a housing (120) with a first flange portion (122) for attaching a pressure sensor (124) and a second flange portion (126) configured for detachable coupling with the mounting bracket (108) using fastening members (128). The LP fuel filter (110) includes an inlet conduit (130) connected to a pressure regulator (131) and an outlet conduit (132) connected to fuel injectors.
