Abstract: A mountable pet carriage assistive device for bicycles, comprising a cuboidal frame 101 positioned over a basket of a bicycle for accommodating a pet, plurality of motorized clamps 103 configured with the frame 101 for securing the frame 101 with the basket, an imaging unit 104 installed with the frame 101 for detecting pet’s height, plurality of extendable plates 105 installed with the frame 101 to extend/retract to prevent the pet from getting out of the basket, a motorized roller 106 configured with the frame 101 and wrapped with a sheet 107 attached with a pair of motorized sliders 108 configured over the members 102 to translate along the member 102 to cover the frame 101 and provides shade to the pet from the rain/sun.
