Abstract: This motor control apparatus comprises: an electrical motor; and a control device. The control device has a conductive motor case, an electronic circuit board, a connector, and a conductive cover. The electronic circuit board has a motor drive circuit and a motor control circuit. The connector has a power supply fitting part and a signal fitting part. At least one opening part into which the power supply fitting part and the signal fitting part can be inserted is provided to the cover. A first waterproof member is provided between the motor case and the cover. A second waterproof member is provided between the connector and a part of the cover surrounding the opening part. The electronic circuit board and the connector are arranged in a sealed space defined by the cover, the first waterproof member, the second waterproof member, and the motor case.
