Abstract: The present invention relates to an AI-engineered bio-geopolymer construction system for producing structural-grade construction materials from desert sand, recycled construction waste, and other non-ideal aggregates. The system comprises an artificial intelligence-based morphology analysis module configured to evaluate aggregate surface characteristics and generate optimized nano-engineered surface modifications that create micro-scale interlocking features. Engineered aggregates are combined with a low-carbon geopolymer binder derived from alumino-silicate materials to form a high-strength structural matrix without substantial dependence on Portland cement. The invention further incorporates self-healing microorganisms configured to precipitate mineral deposits within cracks, thereby enhancing durability and extending service life. A sensor-assisted monitoring framework continuously collects performance data and enables adaptive optimization through machine-learning algorithms. The disclosed invention reduces river sand consumption, lowers carbon emissions, promotes utilization of waste resources, and provides sustainable construction materials suitable for buildings, roads, bridges, and infrastructure applications.
