MUMBAI, India, Aug. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611083695 A) filed by Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University on July 08, 2026, for Moringa Flower Nutraceutical Beverage Preparation Apparatus.
Inventors include Dr. Robin Verma; and Mr. Saurabh Tripathi.
The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.
Abstract: Disclosed is a moringa flower nutraceutical beverage preparation apparatus comprising a dehydration chamber, a pulverizing chamber, a jacketed extraction vessel, a membrane filtration housing, a reduced-pressure concentration vessel, a beverage blending tank, a homogenizer, a mild thermal processing heat exchanger, and an oxygen-restricted filling head. The dehydration chamber dries washed moringa flowers at 40°C to 50°C, and the pulverizing chamber reduces dried flowers into particles. The jacketed extraction vessel extracts bioactive compounds under controlled temperature, agitation, and pH conditions. The membrane filtration housing separates particulate matter, and the reduced-pressure concentration vessel concentrates the extract below 50°C. The beverage blending tank forms a pH-stabilized beverage mixture with an antioxidant preservation matrix, which is homogenized, mildly thermally processed at 60°C to 75°C, and filled into an ultraviolet-protective beverage container with reduced oxygen exposure.
