Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention discloses a Monthly Wellness Monitoring and Health Status Evaluation System for long-term assessment of individual health conditions through intelligent analysis of aggregated health data. The system comprises a health data acquisition module, a preprocessing engine, a monthly aggregation engine, a feature extraction engine, a longitudinal trend analysis engine, an artificial intelligence-based predictive modelling engine, a decision-support engine, and a secure data repository. Health parameters including body weight, body mass index, blood pressure, heart rate, sleep metrics, physical activity indicators, and medical records are collected, validated, normalized, and aggregated into monthly intelligence datasets. The system generates multidimensional health feature vectors and performs month-wise trend analysis to identify improving, stable, deteriorating, or elevated-risk health conditions. Predictive models estimate future health states, while the decision-support engine generates personalized wellness recommendations, preventive alerts, and health reports. By reducing the influence of short-term physiological fluctuations, the invention enables reliable long-term health monitoring, early risk identification, and proactive preventive healthcare management.
