Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a device (100) and a method (200) monitoring physiological discomfort and strain indicators for user wellbeing. In one example, the device (100) may include sensors (104) and an operatively coupled controller (106). The sensors (104) may generate physiological data associated with the user, such as a heart rate variability data, an electrodermal activity data, or a pulse wave velocity data. In operation, the controller (106) may obtain the physiological data associated with the user from the sensors and process the obtained physiological data using AI/ML models. Based on the processed physiological data and a physiological baseline associated with the user, one or more wellbeing indicators indicative of physiological discomfort or strain may then be determined. Then, an indication of the one or more wellbeing indicators and a forecast of changes in the one or more wellbeing indicators may be generated for facilitating user wellbeing monitoring. [[
