Abstract: Abstract: ModuLoop is a modular microbial inoculation system comprising a single reusable handle and six interchangeable nichrome working tips secured via a screw- lock mechanism. The handle is fabricated from stainless steel and encased in a thermoplastic insulating sleeve for ergonomic grip and electrical insulation. The six tips include a straight wire, bacteriological inoculation loops of 2 mm, 3 mm, and 4 mm diameters, a triangular loop, and a spreader, covering the full range of standard microbiological inoculation procedures. The system is accompanied by a rechargeable UV sterilization storage case featuring six individual tip slots with integrated UV light sources powered by an internal rechargeable circuit accessed via an external charging port. The UV case maintains continuous sterilization of stored tips, eliminating inter-procedural contamination risk. The modular design reduces instrumentation cost, bench clutter, and waste while maximizing procedural versatility within a single compact system
