Abstract: A modular working assistive device features a platform 101 that accommodates a laptop and is supported by telescopically operated rods 102 for stability, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 103 installed on the platform 101, integrated with a processor, monitors user activity and determines the distance between the laptop’s keyboard and the user using an ultrasonic sensor installed on platform 101, a motorized wheel 104 integrated at end of rods 102 to move the platform 101 closer to the user for optimal comfort, extendable plates 105 arranged at lateral sides of platform 101 and an OCR module installed on platform 101 with a laser emitter assist in managing documents and reading content from the laptop’s screen, a speaker 107 provides audio feedback, and a microphone 108 allows voice commands to adjust the platform’s 101 height, additionally, an LDR adjusts the platform’s 101 LEDs 109 for better visibility.
