Abstract: A modular system for measuring surgical offset adjustment in knee arthroplasty, comprising primary sizing component configured to measure femur size, where primary sizing component comprises plurality of numerical value indicators disposed along length thereof, first set of alignment pins configured to removably lock primary sizing component to femur at selected numerical value indicator of plurality of numerical value indicators, and secondary offset adjustment component configured to measure surgical offset adjustment, and comprises an adjustment region comprising plurality of offset value indicators, and plurality of pin-receiving slots configured to receive first set of two alignment pins, where secondary offset adjustment component is configured to be secured at selected offset value indicator of plurality of offset value indicators using first set of alignment pins and second set of alignment pins and second set of alignment pins is used to guide cut in femur at desired offset value from selected numerical value indicator.
