Abstract: A modular resting assistive device for bed ridden patients, comprising a L-shaped body 101 positioned over a bed, plurality of motorized clamping units 102 for affixing body 101 with over bed, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 103 detect accommodation of a user over body 101, pair of motorized hinges 104 tilt and deploy a curved-shaped link 105 attached with hinges 104 over torso of user, for enclosing user between body 101 and link 105, a microphone 106 for receiving voice commands of user regarding orientation of vertical part of body 101, a hydraulic actuator 107 integrated in between horizontal and vertical part of body 101 to extend/ retract for maintaining an optimum inclination of vertical part, an extendable plate 108 attached with frontal portion of body 101 to extend and position a motorized clamp 109 attached with plate 108 in proximity to footboard of bed.
